Delivery

All my main collection pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 2 weeks for the creation and postage of your item. We normally turn things around much quicker though so if you have a shorter deadline, please let us know and we will try our best to meet it. All UK items are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 service at £3.95.

 

We do not offer worldwide shipping at present but hope to offer this service in the future.

Sustainability

We are making every effort to limit the environmental impact of producing your Atlas & Bay jewellery. 

We use 100% recycled silver in every piece. Each piece is made to order by hand ensuring minimal waste. Left over silver is recycled again or used up in my designs as silver balls. We use FSC certified packaging that is fully recyclable.

We are proud to support JUST ONE Tree who will plant one tree on your behalf for every order with Atlas & Bay.

Presentation

Every item of Atlas & Bay Jewellery is presented beautifully, in a signature Atlas & Bay jewellery box and wrapped in high quality, acid free tissue paper

All orders placed on the Atlas & Bay site are subject to the following terms and conditions.

 

All orders are subject to availability.

 

All prices are stated in British pounds £GBP.

Products are charged at the price displayed on the product pages at the time the customer places the order. In the case of any unexpected change in price you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your purchase before proceeding.

Very occasionally we may be out of stock or unable to have the exact stone/bead as shown. If this happens you will receive a prompt email offering an alternative or offering a refund.

Each item of Atlas & Bayjewellery is lovingly handmade in the Brecon Beacons, Wales. The pieces on sale are made specially to order and involve many skilled processes. Whilst we aim to deliver UK orders within 1-2 weeks, we will not be liable if we are unable to do so due to circumstances beyond our control.

Personalised jewellery and bespoke orders may not be returned unless in the very unlikely event that they are not fit for purpose. 

We do not accept earring returns for reasons of hygiene.

 

No purchase should be considered final until Atlas & Bay has accepted the order , payment taken and confirmed dispatch.
